Toro snowblowers with plastic discharge chute broke after 2 winters.
Beware this is not quality snowblower in my book. I called toro and was told part was covered under warrantee a 24 dollar part 2 blots easy to replace.
But you will have to take in to take the whole snowblower in to dealer or pay for pick up and deliverly. Not just the chute so dealer can say it is defective.
Why would I call to warrantee a part if it was not broken and why would they not except a picture in email or my word as a customer. This is not what I would expect from TORO for a 24 dollar part on 800 dollar snowblower. There consumer care department does not care i tried to leave after call feedback and was disconnected I guess they only want to know the good stuff.
I worked in retail fo r37 years I was told make your customers happy not PISSED OFF.
I am going to pay for new part and put it on myself. FYI beware of TORO customer care........!
