Poor quality product, poor customer service

Toro - Poor quality product, poor customer service
3-year-old mower. Multiple problems first 2 years, broken belt, wheel falling off, hard to start when cold, frayed cables. Now mower is out of warranty and I see the deck is cracked in front of both front wheels. Torro's response, "sorry out of warranty." Fix at your own cost. A 3-year-old mower and the deck cracks. Very poor quality steel and Q&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;A during mfg. Very poor customer service.This mower is used 1 hour a week for 7monthss a year. Total 19 months roughly. 76 weeks or 76 hours.

Broken mower

My brand new Toro got broken on my back yard in very first days of using it . I pot oil , gas , but after being working for about 30 minutes it stopped, so I have found *** in engine oil Carter, so I bought it to repair shop, I do believe it has a warranty as a brand new lawn mower, but it's been 8 days so far since I left it at the shop and there's no work has been done on repair yet , in a mean time grass is growing and I have no idea what to do with it , buy me a new one different brand or wait until repair is done?

I bought Toro behind self propelled lawn mower

I When I was using the machine left side link get loose and I cant start the machine anymore. I just bought the machine in May 2021. My question is if still I have warranty on it and where I can fix it.

Changed oil in new Time saver. Add 18oz. of Toro premium 30w. Dip stick now shows overfilled.

Changed oil. Manuel says 18oz. Added 18oz. Shows Overfilled. Called says yes but doesn't need 18oz. What the *** is this? Told to drain out some oil till show full on dipstick. Change manual to read the correct amount. Toro dealer sells 18oz. Bottles of oil for one oil change. This is just ridiculous.

Terrible mower, even worse customer service

Just purchased a new Toro 22inch recycler mower this Spring. The self-propelled option already broke. Apparently, a belt is the issue and, of course, is not covered by warranty. Spoke to customer service, absolutely would not budge on covering it and got the impression that the complaint would go nowhere (upper management would review, sure). Terrible product and unresponsive service.

Nothing but bad luck with my titan

Still waiting for Toro to send the parts the dealer needs to fix my mower! They wanted a video of the mower malfunctioning so the dealer sent the video a video. Now Toro says it's hard to tell what's going on in the video.

Terrible warranty service

I purchased a Toro blower less than 1 year ago - it completely quit working. There is a 2 year warranty on the product. I contacted the customer service department. They acted like if was my fault their product quit working. Told me I must take blower to a Toro certified repair location 20 miles away to determine if it was a defective product. What a joke. Will never buy from Toro again

Bought Toro mower last year.This year I'm told engine bad. Nearest Toro dealer repair hundreds of miles away.

Mower won't start spent $77.00 to be told bad engine. Nearest Toro company repair mechanic hundreds of miles away. 1 yr old. Of course Home Depot isn't responsible. Oil everywhere in engine. Useless just a lawn ornament after 1 year. Not happy. Went to several repair shops was told were Toro dealers but not anymore due to Toro company demands

User's recommendation: Don't but a Toro unless you check to see there is a certified repair mechanic near.

How to replace a owners manuel

Everything went well. I am waiting to receive the Manuel in 2-3 weeks, as I was told by the nice lady that I spoke with. Customer Service Complaint

I purchased a 60V TORO leaf blower and after opening the box found the battery and charger were missing - even though it clearly states on the box "battery and charger included" I immediately called Home Depot ( where I purchased the item) and was told to call the manufacturer and they would overnight the parts to me. I did that and was rudely told they couldn't help with my issue.

User's recommendation: Purchase from a more reliable and helpful Supplier. TORO Customer Care is worthless.

Don't have a grip yet.

I don't buy from a store that can't put them together correctly or have any knowledge to answer questions or mow wet grass .... buy from the small guy at the same cost that can properly set them up, oil installed and a full tank gas and assisted on getting it into my car. Got home, started on first pull ran as advertised, yard looks good..... so far so good , worked ad

I have decided it must have sealed axles which need no fittings (I hope). But the instructions do not mention that anywhere.

New Toro Timemaster leaking oil

Took my Time Master to local Toro dealer. It has a blown head gasket and needs a new carburetor!!! Wanted to charge me $243 until I told him I purchased on April 15th of this year and have used it 8 times. Have not heard back from them yet. Nice people, and I did not purchase from them, bought it at Home Depot.
